Quotes
We will provide free quotes, based on a brief supplied by yourselves. Once this quote is signed and returned, we will provide you with a proposed start date followed by an initial visual. Should you decide not to proceed with the site design, you will be charged for the visual, otherwise the 'visual' charge forms part of the overall cost.
Purchase or Written Order
Work will only commence on receipt of an appropriate work order, written request or purchase order. This will form a legally binding contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
Copyright
Copyright of all scripts and designs will remain the property of Emma Broe Designs until final payment is made.
Payments, GST
All payments for the project will be subject to GST at the current rate. Once the initial designs are approved, a 30% deposit will become due for payment.

- full payment shall become due 14 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed
Articles, imagery, content etc
Emma Broe Designs will not be responsible for providing or creating written content for your project. All imagery, text and articles are to be supplied by you, unless otherwise agreed. All content provided must be free of any copyright infringement.
Cancellations
If you cancel the project at any stage, you will be required to make payment for the works completed. The unfinished work will remain the property of Emma Broe. Payment must be made within 14 days of the cancellation request. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
